You've definitely stumbled upon the absolute best (IMHO) real estate investing site on the internet! 

In January, I stumbled upon a For Sale by Owner in Melbourne, FL that was listed at $99K. 

I can only speak on apartments.com since I was a bit late for Cozy (how I stumbled upon this thread) but I can say I had a great experience.

They expected us to join and learn decades worth of "knowledge and experience" in 6 months and if you needed more time, well, better get your credit card ready again.Then stumbled across "Subto" somewhere along my Real Estate journey where I was just trying to figure it out as I went.

I had stumbled upon this property in Lake Worth, an area I was not familiar with.

IE: streets to avoid, STR regulation changes (if any), long term rental feasibility etcI just stumbled upon this market today so I'm still in my research phase.

Hey everyone, I recently stumbled across the Bigger Pockets network through the Real Estate Rookie podcast with Tony & Ashley and have enjoyed learning about different real estate investment strategies.

With all the road blocks, periodic stumbles, and rejection associated with this business, it can often be tough for us to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

I have stumbled across BP a week ago and is amazed at how we as a community so willingly share our real estate experiences and opinions.

@Kyle Scholnick  I think the main stumbling block is the lack of reliable financing past 4 mortgage slots.And I know people can get to 10 but you need significant cash reserves income etc etc.
