In addition, you should carefully consider the terms of any subscription agreement or other agreements you have to enter into for the investment.I can only speak for myself, but I think many of the other posters in this thread are trying to say the same thing- syndications in and of themselves are not a bad thing, nor are all syndicators bad or fraudulent. but you need to examine the track record and credentials of the sponsor team along with the terms of the deal
