It had photos from my Facebook pages, all either objects or graphics, one of my mother from her obit, one of my great great grandfather from Ancestry, several of my LinkedIn contacts, and many that had nothing at all to do with me, including a line drawing of a naked woman dancing with a pig!

I have done what seems like too many rehabs and learned a ton (made a ton of mistakes too) and along the way I realized that if I incorporated systems and procedures into my rehabs it seemed to make them run smoother and make working with contractors more enjoyable (lets face it, even contractors will agree with me that doing a rehab can be stressful).I am not saying that contractors are idiots, but what I am saying is that when doing my rehabs it made them more manageable and produced a better result when I simplified the entire process............removing the element of guessing and speculation (especially when it came to design, finishes and color selections).

Jason is right, you need to see a Texas attorney, especially if you are trying to do any installment purchase transactions as Texas has some real issues.Texas also has a standard sales contract that I believe is required to be used if not drafted by a Texas attorney and not sure they can draft a one off single family home transaction agreement without incorporating the standard form.No, your Flordia contract will not do if it is closed in Texas.
