I do have two SFHs Northeast of San Antonio, and this is something you have to look out for, especially if you care about resale value and not just cashflow.Also, be sure you factor in some incredibly high property tax rates in San Antonio when crunching your cash flow numbers.

The person who knows the market super super well and can judge and take advantage of opportunities quickly beats the person that crunches all the data and optimizes the exact best markets (in my view)

They are two different exit strategies that don't work together.If the numbers don't crunch with traditional financing, your best bet is likely spending your time looking for a better deal
