Hi BP community! My name is Alexa and I'm a newbie REI located in the Rochester, NY suburbs. I'm eager to jump into this world and learn as much as I can to be successful! I've been doing lots of reading, watching (what seem to be) reputable overviews on YouTube, listening to podcasts, and developing an interest for the Fix and Flip niche. I'd love to know from experienced flippers what their #1 piece of advice for success is. Things I'm also looking to gain more knowledge in are:

-  accurately evaluating fix and flip deals in my market

-  connecting with investor friendly RE agents, learning what kind of traits in an agent I should be looking for

-  lender options for someone like me with little capital to invest initially. Can anyone share their experience with hard money loans on a FnF?

I look forward to connecting with you all and hope to learn a lot along the way.
