It is wedged between the Duwamish river and the bluff below highland park / white center to east and west,   and industrial SODO to the north and the northeast corner of Burien to the south.SP has a lot of comparatively lower income residents vs. seattle at large,  and its a very diverse neighborhood;   If you speak spanish it would be a big advantage if you are looking at managing MF in that area.

Its nice to come across such a large community of people willing to help everyone in there real estate endeavors.Currently im living in Madrid, Spain increasing my Spanish day by day, learning as much as i can about real estate investing, saving money, and teaching English classes.

I am on a good path to working in the World Cup some day and with progress and hard work I know it is possible.However,If I was only able to choose one of those goals to accomplish in my life I would not have difficulty choosing which.

If you were to approach and have a cup of coffee and chat and be real and just say your not comfortable with the cost not cash flowing would they let you buy it for $xxx... you may be surprised at the response..

I'm not a racists at all, I'm a Spanish American born in this Country and i would just like to get someone to be up front about there business.Is there anyone that would no if there is 100% Financing and whom my i contact to get the loans.P.S I'm just asking and please no nasty remarks ok PLEASE.
