Because of that, whatever was signed is most likely predatory and iron clad. 

I have heard from multiple attorneys that putting a home in a LLC is a good step, but they are not as iron clad as most people think. 

Main closet, doors gone, I always did some kind of "custom" bench with built in's that ironically were often cheaper than a set of bi-fold doors. 

Ironically I wasn't going to leave a review but since they asked,  I shared my experience.Just to be clear, I'm not looking for justice, consolation or a rationalization of their review rules.

But I might move forward with the purchase agreement with the seller and use the inspection period to iron things out. 

What kind of plumbing does it have (cast iron, PVC, CPVC)?

UPDATE: thanks for all the responses I took the recommendation and made a Facebook listing and a lot of friends and family have shared it and I've had a couple people interested one had a pet sadly(We are Pet free currently but I asked her if she would like a follow up if we decide to allow pets in the future) and the other ironically hasn't responded but in my initial response I did ask if they looked at my full listing on Zillow so maybe they did and realized they didn't meet one of my qualifying standards.

Even after sitting down with people for an hour individually, it took email updates and follow ups before many investors had a clear picture of the Project and investment opportunity. 3) High level education about the market is key: judicial and political structure, growth drivers, safety, etc... are huge front end educational points. 4) Some people thought that they needed to see the property - we were able to overcome this through the presentation and juxtaposing this investment with their stock holdings and their lack of knowledge of their paper asset portfolio. 5) Owning a piece of a hotel vs. a time share - this may be peculiar to our deal in the way that we are developing the property, but it took an explicit highlighting to make investors clear that they were owning a piece of a hotel (land, structures, fixtures etc...) as opposed to a time block.6) Strike while the iron is hot - If someone is ready to invest, TAKE THEIR MONEY!!!

Ironically, the easiest part might be purchasing the property itself - the real experiential learning and hard work begins once you actually move in and start being a landlord.

It is not a run down low end property.He additionally scratched a new stove ceramic top with cast iron and my home warranty did not want to pay for it because they considered that a "vandalism".He seems to think the is ordinary wear and tear and even threatens to take me to court.
