In down turns businesses get more conservative and open less locations and put resources into pumping more sales at existing stores, streamlining processes, and doing some re-imaging.If you are a new developer then yes on retail strip centers lender want to see some pre-leasing percentages ahead of time to show demand before construction happens.Experienced developers with deeper pockets and more experience with a track record some lenders will waive it.

Ask them questions and see what YOU can do to help them streamline the process.

If you can do a screen print or a quick video shot of the streamlined process that would be even better.

I don't know them at all, never heard of them, but that really doesn't mean anything.Looks like they are a UK company also involved with crypto.If you are in the US, I think I would look elsewhere.Might look at a review on webparanoid.com Just reading a couple of articles earlier tonight about some pretty big crypto scams. 

Also, I wanted to diversify and put some of my money into crypto-they had their own platform that charged pretty outrageous monthly fees just to use it.
