For example, I just moved a stove in there that I'd pulled out of another property of mine; thus it was a repair, but all it cost me was a trip across town, and it actually saved me the dumping fee of getting rid of the stove.In my opinion, this is an area with tremendous growth potential; when I first invested there in 2014 I'd say it was a solid D neighborhood, but it is moving up to C class at a tremendous rate.

Assuming only the 3 bed 1 bath units, I've figured for each unit:$1,000 in flooring$1,000 in doors and trim$100 in paint/stain$2,000 in appliances, including stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave/vent and water heater$2,000 in cabinetry (Home Depot pre-fabricated)$1,500 in electrical work$4,000 in construction$1,000 in plumbing$1,200 in miscellaneous$900 in sales taxI know things like flooring, appliances and cabinetry are probably light, but I have a bulk deal with Home Depot that helps quite a bit.

It cost me $750 for a stove, refrig and range hood and I sold my old stove and refrig for $100, so the net cost was $650.

It should list the environmentals (HVAC), Electrical, Stove / Range / Oven, Plumbing, Water Heater, Sewer / Septic System and the Roof.That may tell you what's not obvious from the pictures.Hope this helps...

Laundry room is in the bathrooms and requires stackable washer/dryer which means to secure a tenant faster, you will be providing those along with the stove and fridge.Check craigslist daily is my recommendation.
