I don't want a small town either, definitely a city of sorts with job diversity and whatnot, but I'd like to steer clear of NYC. 

Can anybody advise as to which neighborhoods seem to be doing well and which neighborhoods to steer clear of?

Hi Khalid,Obviously don't know the exact details or area of your property, but I'm an investor in Worcester as well and the advice from my property manager has been to just steer clear of Vernon Hill.

The guys from reafco, especially @Remington Lyman, would not steer you wrong.   

But with all the posts, I have not been able to find one, so if this is a repeat questions, I'm sorry and can you steer me in the right direction?

If we (or any technologists) walk in the door eager to sell them products, they should steer clear.
