@Phil Wells personally I think all of this talk about leaving the city is a bit misguided.

If anyone is telling you it can not be hacked or manipulated, they are lying or misguided. 

If you do not hold a real estate license, my belief is that wholesaling is fair game, and a very lucrative game at that.

Then you are under the mistaken belief that your title is clean.

Comparing a place of residence for a family to that of a purchase of food at Walmart is misguided and dangerous thinking.

But betting on the us dollar which everyone knows loses its value every year or putting my money in stocks that are propped up by the "quanitive easing" i dont think so you cant print money non stop and expect it to hold it's value the value in usd is just a beliefe and beliefs change. 

I'm keeping it up on the belief that stressed owners who took forbearance will be hitting a second wave of stress from inflation etc.   

You would think that anyone asking for business would think twice about keeping personal political beliefs off their marketing material.

Preparation is just as important as taking action, contrary to popular belief.
