@Quantell Booker be careful:my hair stands up when I think about partnering up with a tenant, that has bad idea written all over it.

Doctor's, gyms, hair cuts, restaurants, dry cleaners, karate schools etc.

After that I'm going to be laser focused on buying as many doors as possible in the Louisville area; southern Indiana, Mnt Washington, Shepherdsville etc.

Over the last several months I have been laser focused on finding off market Multifamily deals, financing using OPM, and cashflowing from day one.

Way to go, Nicholas, Laser focused is the way to go.

But be clean, freshly bathed, shaven, with neatly combed hair -- and cover tatoos.

One being the actual function of the business (restaurant, hair salon, boutique, etc).

With all the recent anti-landlord Seattle legislation, the attorneys are pulling their hair out.
