I 'm trying to respond to all of you individually but life keeps getting in the way so apologies if I'm slow to respond.There's so much to digest but the different advice, suggestions, resources and connections from this post alone is amazing.

I find it hard to focus on what I'm actually reading, and have to force myself to really slow down to digest it.

In other words, take POWER from the masses.We can argue "intent" about the Constitutional Framers until the cows come home.

We should factor "all" costs into the equation not just the hard cost.And I no longer need to be the "Young Bull" on the side of the hill looking down at a pasture of cows.

Only then, once you have some experience, do you start risking the whole cow.
