@Damian Gallardo - When I took the course and test I kept it pretty simple and just used the illinois.gov website below:https://www.illinoisrealtors.org/education/real-estate-license-illinois/It was comprehensive and provided enough information and detail for me to pass the test.

What other "comprehensive" software subscriptions are out there?

@Joe Villeneuve I do not intend to ever stop educating myself, I think I have just got to a point where I have a good basic comprehensive knowledge in a few niches areas of real estate investing and I want to take some action now so I can learn more as I go.  

Background and credit checks cost very little and many web sites offer very comprehensive screening reports.

I do a pretty comprehensive analysis of properties and when it comes to multi-family units, it is all about the math.
