It does not keep tenants from trying to take you to court.As for "construed eviction", I think that would be a pretty weak "legal" case against a rate increase to market rents.

I'll have to go with @Parish Pradhan - if you're in it for the short term and have a weak stomach, NYC might not be for you. :) But hey, if that's the case, NYC might not be for you for many other reasons...NYC is pretty desirable and has longer term value.

Its standard shower rough-in, the MultiChoice, is easy to work with but has obvious engineering issues (the brass is far thinner than I feel comfortable with).American Standard tends to go with ambitious ideas that look great but have weaknesses in engineering that you wouldn't normally find in Delta and practically never in Moen.
