Organization tools for project coordinators/flippers

Hi Bigger Pockets, I am searching for some great organizational tools for project coordinators/asset managers/ flippers. This year I have bought and rehabbed 16 houses and I am set up to do double that or more next year. Organization has always been a weakness of mine and I have a feeling it is going to cost me some serious money in the near future.

I would love to hear from you guys on what you use to stay organized, whether it be old school notebooks or a software you love or even just tips you would like to share.
