A little about myself: I am a full-time architect working the 8-6 game.

Builders, architects, engineers, contractors, etc. have to file public plans and permits that contain all their info - I'm sure a visit to your town's building department will be sufficient. 

I do believe I can hire a good superintendent and lean on my architect, engineers and a GC I have a relationship with to get this done and have a good learning experience and build some relationships.

I recommend that you hire a licensed architect/engineer over cutting costs with a draftsperson and a plan reviewer,  The comments back from DPP if you don't have an architect that is familiar with the DPP requirements.   

I help investors with all aspects of a flip or rental property (from finding the deal, to managing architects or drafters, to managing contractors, permits and the sale).

Now we just have to get with our Architect and Engineer to assemble the rest of the stuff we need for our Renovations Permit.
