So the buyer does their inspections during that period they can submit an amendment to seller asking for repairs, $$, or whateverGL-  I would say $50-100 is pretty standard and may be higher for a higher $$$ property.  7 days is usually more than enough time to do inspections

If not, I would have an amendment to the contract stipulating that the contractor that provided the estimate perform the work to industry standards; and make that contract part of your purchase agreement.

In addition, when I use "independent insurance agents", they amend a yearly service fee which I find kind of steep for just 15 minutes of clicking on a computer KB; to be specific, around $150 extra is added to my bottom line...

Engineers and sometimes surveyors can do LOMA or letter of map amendments or flood studies to prove that your house is out of a flood zone or above a base flood.Ask the questions and do the research, find the knowledgeable insurance agent that has experience with flood insurance, or the realtor that has some experience in boundary law and values property they are helping you purchase.

Existing law defines “source of income” for these purposes as lawful, verifiable income paid directly to a tenant or paid to a representative of a tenant, which does not include a landlord.This bill would amend the definition of “source of income” to also include specified federal, state, or local housing assistance or subsidies paid either to the tenant or directly to the landlord on behalf of the tenant.
