Have you sat down with a 1031 Accommodator? 

I know the insurance industry is highly governed and regulated, but these warranty companies (home and vehicle) like to fly under the radar.I think this will be the last time I ever have a home warranty unless it's an accommodation from a purchase like this one originally was.

I am currently waiting for the Business Plan and the information package along with financials etc, but trying to act proactively, as I don't have any International Loan contacts.As you may have heard, property prices in Greece have been plummeted, so any loans offered in this suppressed economic environment are considered as solid loans, as the real property price is much higher.If you have a source that can accommodate this type of loans, we can both make money as I can provide a steady stream of deals.

As I understand the law, it should be a request for reasonable accommodation, per qualified disability.

You are required to make a "reasonable accommodation" for an ESA, but you are not required to allow them under any/all circumstances.

I think this is a great approach that accommodates existing owners and gives more control to future demand. 

Don't try to accommodate each person with a specific time or you'll get burned out

This home is perfectly suited for students enrolled at the university, as it offers a secure and reliable accommodation option with the assurance that rent payments will be conveniently handled by their parents.

That is, if you can find a footprint that lets you accommodate three units and keep all the necessary setbacks plus allow for possible easements, etc.
