@RaKell Adams, At this time in a maturing market it's very natural to move into a more defensive posture to protect those gains. 

This home was renovated with hard money which becomes due in November so time is running out and between a fickle buyer who cost us valuable time and a realtor with a poor defensive I don't care attitude ( defensive because every time I talk to him he says I'm doing all I can, I'm posting it everywhere and calling everyone blah blah blah -lies)   I am trying very hard to not panic.  

Something seems fishy about the dismissals on the reverse mortgage cases but it could be simply that the defendant (the estate with no heirs) is not putting forth the effort of a proper defense. 

Deciding when to hire them is very much an exercise in finding how risk averse you are.Maybe a football analogy with offense vs. defense works here?
