If that was the mindset of the people on BP then they wouldn't share ANY knowledge or information because they would be afraid of their competition in every aspect and not just pertaining to contractors.

Such estimates could be hundreds of dollars in error in calculating monthly mortgage payments, which could convert to thousands of dollars in error pertaining to the price of the home they can buy.

Written by attorney investors, it's full of practical advice pertaining to management of investment property, has sample forms that can be edited, and - most importantly - they tell you what your primary state laws are and where you can read them.

The interest-only is not a rule, it's simply what I was taught in realtor classes pertaining to how owner financing usually works.
