Down the road if I start this business I will need to have a vision statement and I'm hoping to find a way that I can incorporate my tenants needs to contribute along with mine in one big happy happy joy joy symbiotic love fest.

(And realistically I'd probably need closer to $40K down.)I don't see how investors can accumulate a large number of properties without finding massive amounts of cash elsewhere.What am I missing in my vision here?

Thanks to all of the awesome and helpful people on bigger pockets, I'm seeing my vision come to be.Yes, this may be a small accomplishment for some, but it's the first and biggest for me yet.

Trust me when I tell you, most people lack the vision which is the beauty of our business.

I have begun the process of building my "master mind" team we are all hungry and have the same vision, I believe  that will be worth its weight in gold.

Given the advice on similar Biggerpockets discussions, we've expanded our search to include properties in Dundalk as well as areas on the peripheral of Charles Village, Old Goucher and Remington.
