Hello my name is Adam.  This is my first post,  however I am a long time follower and member of the BP community.  I have recently done my first deal.  I bought a spilt level duplex and after listening to Josh and Brandon and with the help of my friend and fellow BP member Brandon Barnic.  I was able to acquire this property for 40,000 using Owner financing,  I had to put a huge sum of zero (0) dollars down.  I am excited and look forward to making new connections and having you all along with me on my RE journey to financial freedom.
