@Russell Caraotta I have an in-house manager that does handles the daily management of the properties, so no I don't outsource.

When renting properties you can choose to manage them yourself and be the landlord or outsource this service to a property management company.

In the other thread, Chris, you seem to be arguing that another company is not "turn key" because they outsource the rehabbing.

Even if I outsource PM, who knows what repairs and other surprises are in store for me with some of these places.Does anyone have experience with this?

I have to agree with Marc above, if you are already wholesaling houses, you just need to do more of what makes you money and outsource or automate the rest.

You can write them yourself or outsource them via another company... again, these companies and information can be learned about here on BP or googling as much as possible.The best advice I can tell you is remembering your own words: Researching never ends.

There is limit to how much work you can do in a day, but not so when you outsource. 

There is a real range of possibilities.As you are finding wholesale deals you could just keep one every so often once you are organized to deal with the management aspects (personally or outsourced).
