@Scott Radetich - did you do anything to undo any wiring/hardware associated w the old ceiling heat or did you just leave it the way it is? 

I am going to go ahead and get my wallet out and purchase tickets to three or four.

I was visiting Canada this summer and dropped by one of our latest projects to check the progress...ended up making 2 trips to the hardware store, installing a blind, kitchen cabinet hardware, weeding the garden, mopping floors...I was there for hours!  

On the conventional side they require 25% down payment and that would hurt my wallet.

Have you tried paperless and if so which software/hardware?

Go to a hardware store and buy a panel to fit.

I wouldn't mind keeping the second bathroom original and updating the hardware or faucet, but bathroom needs to be relocated to a more functional spot.  

I've reached a point in my life where I know what I want out of a home - the flooring, the appliances, countertops, fixtures and hardware, and so on.  

It's easier on the environment and easier on your wallet.

@Eric Wallet if they did not pay a much more powerful legal entity to the point that their home was sold at a sheriff sale, why do you think they would ever pay you?
