Some communication issues within their team (and back out to us), yet nothing that we've chosen to look elsewhere because of.  

I imagine once the ban is lifted, there will be some demand coming from the Bay Area to safely social distance in the mountains/lakes -- you just have to make sure that your rental stands out as one of the best options in terms of photos/price so that regardless of if there are 1000 people looking to stay or 10, yours is among the first to be chosen.

After reading everyone's responses, it is very clear that a mentor is someone who has a genuine interest in seeing you do well in your chosen endeavors --- at no cost!

They are running corporations or are at the pinnacle of their chosen field.

The area I specialize there are a few pointers but it may be specific to my chosen area of San Diego.First REI will be a learning event.
