Everything is legal and permitted, but former tenant (Bungalow Living, a co-living company) didn’t return possession upon ending its tenancy 10/22 and left its tenants in each of my 4 bed/2 bath units.

They offered to have a co-signer, which from what I understand could actually make it harder for me to evict them if needed, so I didn't accept that offer.
