When they know you're the owner, its the leniency requests for various hardships sometimes made it tough at times to toe the hard line that needed to be toed. 

I'm looking at some storage units in my area and would like to to know the same information.

This hinted of a person who wanted to to "get rich quick this year" using a complicated long terms business with several risks and variables where the reward is consistent income. 

Scottsdale seemed to to be the least impacted (-30%). 

I suspect those that own rentals more than ten years simply are not on BP... as BP tends to be a newbie site or a site people come to to learn things.. by the time they have owned a rental for ten years.. turn key or not they pretty much know all they need to know.

I am a teacher & I want to to go all in with real estate investing.

I recently learned of an opportunity to to change locks for banks once the property has been foreclosed on. from what i understand, the bank would send the listing to a RE agent and I would then in turn put in a bid to change the locks and take pictures of the property but also turn in a bid to do a clean out if needed.

That is not the right fit.If he is too cheap or unwilling to invest $35 to comfirm his identity in order to to help keep me safe, I am not interested.
