I suspect those that own rentals more than ten years simply are not on BP... as BP tends to be a newbie site or a site people come to to learn things.. by the time they have owned a rental for ten years.. turn key or not they pretty much know all they need to know.

I recently learned of an opportunity to to change locks for banks once the property has been foreclosed on. from what i understand, the bank would send the listing to a RE agent and I would then in turn put in a bid to change the locks and take pictures of the property but also turn in a bid to do a clean out if needed.
