Identical brother was not in court to testify.There was the widow Brown case where an elderly woman, possible with dementia, did not understand the consequences of not paying the taxes.

Luckily I am married to a woman that is a computer programmer and she has been saving with a 401K for about 25 years so I am not under tremendous pressure.  

Now, I have not vetted this information about the woman, but I would highly recommend consulting an attorney.

If he moved a woman in without your permission, that should be a lease violation and grounds for termination.

Again this is almost month 7 in which this woman and her 6 + guests who are living in this property (tenant + 3 children on the lease and she has 5 other people living in the property who are not on the lease which I've confirmed) to be evicted.

Point being, as a business (wo)man, you can't make a blanket assessment on a strategy being all good or all bad; each strategy is simply a tool in the toolbox that you may apply to the right situation, and each deal is different.
