You may have some difficulty finding someone ,  this is winter season , most of the contractors on the shore head to Ocean City , winter time is when all the work is done there .

Not much activity in the winter time, but yes, spring and summer, maybe fall, appears to be quite lucrative.Have heard of some friends that even rent apartments for the purpose of sub-leasing them as vacation rentals (likely not allowed by the landlord, of course).Have you checked out this company?

I put the A/C units in the storage shed because it was winter time and they server no purpose other then letting cold air in through the gaps on the side of the units.

So I lost on all that money i could have earned if I rented it, spent an extra 12,000 (some things I didn’t even need but since he would do it for free i went for it anyways) and now what I thought was a good deal with 10% ROI may seem like a not so good deal because my relative took forever to finish, it’s winter time so less rent Income and I need about 1 more week to finish, and I was definitely charged some labor in there, which makes me regret doing stuff the home didn’t even need in the first place.
