Hello,Im working with a lender to refinance into a Fanny Freddy mortgage now that I have stabilized my 36 unit complex.They have asked for a CAPEX schedule, and a T-6, in addition to the rent roll. 

It will save you a ton of money upfront and you'll gain the experience to upgrade to larger deals.  

Is there anyone out there that feels like they did, or was it just me? 

Might be a little bit down the road for me, but that is for sure dream that will come true...One Chicago's best features is the lake, which I'd like more access to.

What criteria do investors use to determine if a seller financed deal is good?
