If the non-permitted patios cause the maximum permitted building size to be exceeded, they will have to be removed. If the windows and panels of the enclosure are removable, the enclosed patio space might not be considered permanent enclosed space, avoiding the maximum allowable building size.Normally a patio doesn't have a vapor barrier beneath it and potentially can not be enclosed to be permanent living space.

This is where the sump pump will be installed, and it will pump out the water that flows to it from the perforated pipe.Once the pipe is laid, the contractor will repour the concrete to cover it up (you won't know it's there other than the new concrete will likely be a few shades lighter than the old concrete) and may install a water vapor barrier on the walls to direct any water that gets through the walls down into the pipe. The whole process can generally be done in a day or two with a typical sized basement, and expect to spend $100-300 per linear foot of basement wall that requires the drain (in most parts of the country).

Methyl chloride strippers work faster but you need a full-on gas mask or SCBA gear to safely work around them -- a half-face respirator fitted with organic vapor cartridges, the painter's standard, won't fully do the job for long exposures, and you'd need long exposures to get all that trim stripped.

This was found by a friend of ours that has a sewer inspection hose (really cool thing with a camera and a light at the end).I don’t understand how the vapor ends up getting past the trap, but it does and smells awful.

Found water in the crawlspace that had resulted in mold that now needs remediation. 2 units need to vacate for 4 days during the remediation per the remediation company (to avoid cross contamination, vapors, and so they can air scrub the 2 lower units).

Usually stone is attached over the sheathing material with a vapor barrier and wire mess to allow the motar to bed in.I'd be careful about figuring the labor to gently remove it (big hammers are awesome, but in good and bad ways :) It could take some time.I love hardie-plank siding.
