I don't believe you can oust a tenant solely for non-payment per Governor Polis's remarks on April 30th; so you may be stuck with them for the foreseeable future.

It's not specifically a MF conference, but the Intelligent Investors REC in LA January 25-26, 2020 is anticipated to be remarkably valuable this year.

Isn't there some system on the internet that picks up words and phrases, key words, that identifies posts where guru support staff types or franchisees can go to post remarks, under the radar, perhaps reverse phycology gaining a bit of credibility while advancing other aspects?

Some missing information are the "agent remarks" and the ability to search property based on the number of units--for example.  

For a slightly different perspective...this remarkable young woman just earned roughly her entire year's salary, in her first deal.Strong work!!!!

They do not want those negative remarks on those.

When she couldn't scam HUD any more she turned her remarkable and prodigious energies to scamming me.
