He calls me back, and after listening to my story, proceeds to lecture me about how I don’t know their processes, he doesn’t appreciate my attitude and generally points the finger at me as the problem.

An edit to myself here - ignore my comments regarding personal property 1245/1250 - I was just letting my fingers lead the way on the post and realized later I had errors in that statement. 

Is being non communicative, disrespectful, and unclean enough to kick someone out?

Ugly divorce, pointing fingers at each other.

Live, work, and play in Des Moines which makes it relatively easy to keep a finger on the steady city pulse.   

They might scoff and say why sell when we can pull in money without lifting a finger, they might say good idea and sell it to someone else who'll evict you, or they might be willing to sell it to you and owner finance.

Sometimes we have to pay to make sure it's right all the way around and have an insured contractor to fall back on if anything is not right... if you touch it the first thing anyone on the job will do is point the finger at you and attack your competence to do whatever you do....  

Granted, this would be worst case scenario and only a tragedy would foresee such events *fingers crossed*.Thanks, Chris
