@Kathy Kifer - I would add additional platforms: Airbnb and Zillow to get more traffic on your medium-term rental.

My big fear for Asheville s future is traffic.

I think the uptick in traffic definitely shows the common sentiment these days that it's important for MTRs and STRs to stand out as much as possible and that extra amenities can really make a difference in traffic/success

I'm looking forward to the increased traffic of the season to help out with the over saturation issue.

I get a TON of traffic from FB marketplace when I post a listing for rent.

That seems like it should carry some weight, along with knowing the the traffic patterns of the booking cycle etc. 

This will show traffic, civil, and criminal issues and local history.

Near entertainment centers, well known eateries and seven minutes (in good traffic) to downtown Dallas.

I heard they use traffic counts , in most places these restaurant are almost always empty

Also, I highly recommend having professional photo's taken of the interior and exterior once your reno is done  - it will really drive traffic to the listing.
