Are you and your tractor available for hire?

Under previous ownership, this space was owner-occupied (he kept his tractor and other tools there.)

This morning I get a call from one of my tenants across the street offering me brunch (nice since his wife is a chef) and asking if I could come over in one of the tractors. 

 " Future site of "Deckers  pig and chicken farm "     Assuming the property is a bit overgrown , have someone come in with a tractor with a bushhog , and get them to mow .

I originally told him to not worry about it, but I couldn't get the tractor fixed (it was broken), so a friend has been taking 4 hours to mow it with a push mower every other week.

I have had to drag out my old tractor to rip out trees and weed and junk just to keep the county off my back, even when it was not technically on my property/land.

Borrowed my father in laws tractor. and built over 500 ft of privacy fence myself.

This is not a chicken or egg question it is a chicken or tractor question.Keep in mind buying a personal home is a life style decision and not considered to be a investment per say, many view a personal home as a liability since it is not generating any direct income.

For me I am currently working on my Peterbilts engine to get the tractor ready to be leased out.

I am flirting with the idea of building a garage at my primary residence to house my remodeling supplies and my pieces of equipment - tractor/lawnmowers/chainsaws etc.
