And compared to Texas a 200k home can have higher tax's than a 400k in CA. so that does impact buying ability.CA home buyers by and large spend much more of their income on their house and less on cars and other non essential items than folks in any other part of the country.When you run DTI and people have 100k worth of cars a jet ski motor home etc. and living in a 150k home in Texas.

Hello Will,Look into the Brother 2200 series B&W printer $80-$100 range.Cartridges will still cost you around $50, but you'll get 2000+ pages out of one.Wet ink-jet pages = a runny mess, not so w/ laser pages, so you could do post cards.Laser color is going to cost you a lot more of course.

For paint -- right now the walls are painted in either glossy or semi-gloss paint (not an expert yet) over a heavy knockdown texture.
