We have to keep the heat going 24 x7 to maintain the temperature and guarantee that it stays consistent.  

Also will you need to add a furnace and ductwork so each tenant controls their own temperature and costs?

I've owned and operated my welding business for 10 years now, and not having quality people in your corner, such as an accountant, can be pretty costly. 

Broiler is the heating element in the top of the stove and it is high temperature.

If you want to manage the project yourself, you'll have to reach out to an iron-worker/welding company.

Think farms, auto mechanics, small construction companies, welding shops,electricians, plumbers, boat mechanics all need entry level help around their shops.

I would hate to have this result in requiring AC units that tenants won't use because they pay electric blocking the window and pushing the temperature over the limit.

I took all that with a grain of salt, and agree that all realtors ought to know better, and as an appraiser myself am trained to lock all the doors and return the temperature to vacancy levels too - I get it.

Same suppliers, same service for the meat cutting tools, same book keeper, same clientele etc. before that it was a welding business.

Add to lease that temperature is never to go below 50 degrees.
