For Indianapolis it is Fountain Square and the area around Meridian between 42nd and 56th (part of Butler Tarquinton I think)For the town to the North of us called Carmel, it is the entire town.

I am using a broker called Magnus Capital/Direct in Fountain Valley, CA.

Looks like I might be out of the price range for Fountain Square but what about the surrounding neighborhoods like Englewood? 

It seems to be an "up and coming" area adjacent to Fountain Square.Thanks!
