If it's the flooring I'm thinking of (the synthetic tiles that click together that are completely waterproof), you might not even have to pull them up.I've had water get under those in my own house from a plumbing malfunction, to where the whole floor was floating.

Here is solid blog that outlines questions to ask a property management company: https://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2015/10/3...From my own experience, one of the biggest things is to make sure their bread-n-butter aligns with your properties - meaning if you have SFH and duplexes, you probably shouldn't pick a company that specializes in 8+ units, even if they look awesome.

Other realtors are reporting multiple offers, no slowdown in sales, etc. on various message boards and Facebook groups.Where I think it will impact housing the most is in the higher luxury price ranges, as those buyers and sellers are usually business owners and have a lot of their net worth tied up in other assets more affected by the virus and it's impact on the economy.But bread and butter homes sub $300k?

I consider 30K making money.. if you do to, than yucca valley will absolutely work for flipsLanders is hot right now for some reason as well.. realtors tell me that 29 palms has amazing deals (But I just don't want to drive there)I would say avoid the bad and very good parts of town... and just focus on bread/butter properties.

Why not give your tenants a notice:All painted surfaces have been painted with a startch base in the paint that will turn purple if any painted area is exposed to any synthetic drug smoke or vapor such as meth or K-2.LOL!
