That is an unlikely event.The major risk in holding commodities, like liquor or gold, is with the stroke of a pen any sitting President could do what Roosevelt did and essentially put that commodity (gold in FDRs case) under the arbitrary price control of the federal government.If your real concern is a total collapse of the dollar, which I think has a small chance but huge risk, then your only sure play is offshore.

Doctors were saying same thing old age but family did not give up, it was to rapid in their eyes and finally under family pressure they did MRI and turn up she had multiple mini strokes.

Suggest you create a general format script and identify the key factors that help you make a personal connection with a principal, identify the opportunity to solve one in more problems and determine if it's a 'now' problem or your (qualified) prospect needs nurturing.Also, create a spirit of helpfulness.Curiously, after a stroke cleared my RAM memory done years ago, my telephone sales skills were completely gone and this was both frustrating and a bit astonishing.

I kept my real estate brokerage license for about 30 years and would still have if I had not had a brain anuerism and a stroke but I never used that license full time.Do not be so concerned about the expense of a management company.

Sure, if we owned them all as rentals we would cash flow more, but in our eyes it's a lot more hassle and maintenance for us, we prefer to get our lot rents and call it a day, different strokes for different folks.
