@Mohit Gupta  depending on number of occupants your regular insurance can cover it, read the policy, ours covers two roomers. 

You can also can copy their aircover policies into chatgpt and tell it to show this guest violated their policy to see if there is an angle you are missing.

If they are VERY professional, they will have their processes in writing as verification that policies are enforced equally and fairly by their entire staff.6.
