I cannot speak to the quality of the coaches but the sales staff seamed well trained.

I didn’t leave lol, but I was speaking in terms of the business in general.

One thing I would mention is if you go the DST route, speak to an Investment Advisor and a Broker/Dealer.

Each of those cities have their own pros and cons but I can speak to the Columbus market.

I think it is different if you live there, speak the language, know the market.  

I have never had to file a claim though so I can't speak to that experience.

I think the before vs after pictures really speak primarily to your experience and ability to execute a project so it can help lenders gain comfort with future projects and allow you demonstrate what level of detail you except out of your contractors.

I also like the sponsor, generally speaking, who is going all in with at least a third, and preferably half, of their net worth on the deal or fund.
