-gas grills at least 10 feet away from the house/garage-no indoor furniture being used as outdoor furniture-front porch not to be used as storage area-fire pits must be 25 feet from any structure and in a manufactured (bought) container approved for fires...you know what I mean!

Have they said when the smoke or where the smoke is more noticeable, In a complex I managed a patio smokers fumes went right up and in the above units door.. it's hard to control, best to eliminate if possible.. any cigarette use in common areas is lease infraction, so no halls, laundry rooms, ect for that.
