Seemed OK but I currently use Propstream and it had a few things that were interesting but not really much other then the included skip tracing which could save me some money if its accurate. 

-Don't skip insurance! 

Some newer investors skip this step and "jump in".

I'd never touch that I'd just help along and find a builder who builds for investors and skip the self performance of things you'll get in the way for any experienced builder. just you saying that to me as a builder I wouldn't even call you back 

Regardless if your customers only stay one night or not does not make the argument for skipped services .

how are you skip tracing the lists you pulled from Propwire?

I dont think anyone thought you were a lawyer.. doing skip trace and getting QCs does happen usually private detective type work.. pretty tough to do if you dont have access to Lexus Nexus.

Start with propstream and use a tool like Lead Sherpa to skip trace it and add phone numbers.

For some reason, which I have yet to figure out, is a lot of owners tend to skip over this step  Having clean interior cabinets and pantries is another must have. 

Now, I'm thinking we need a VA to help, a CRM database, and a process for finding leads (have the VA cold call and skip trace??).
