I definitely don't fall in love with opportunities - I do fall in love with certain properties, but I can easily walk away if the deal looks too risky or issue-laden to be worth it.

I'm a fan of dark cabinets or below (to bring your eye down) and just white open shelves above so it doesn't feel so cramped.

Shelves or cube organizers in the closet would be fine, along with some kind of a bench or suitcase stand.

The garbage in the backyard photo (the white shelving units, the scrap wood, the plastic tote full of paint cans and miscellaneous items, the metal shelving unit, and a vacuum cleaner or Bissel) was left there by you prior to our moving in.

Maybe garage or storage type door, build in shelving units, etc.Stop renting it out as living space!

Gold is skyrocketing today not because Monster cables are flying off the shelves with their gold-plated copper or whatever, and not because everyone decided to be in love with gold rings, but because there are people who are conned into believing the commercials on the radio about investing in gold.Besides doing everything but outright lying to people, these gold sellers are making a killing on selling someone a commodity with no real value.
