I've scoured the internet and learned a great deal (all of the general stuff, purchasing, redemption, processes, etc.) but I would love some information from an investor who's purchased tax liens and and especially in Baltimore city, MD.

His strategy is to scour the listings, cruch the numbers, present his "finds" to his investor, manage the rehab, and the market the property for sale.

I'm scouring social media sites, and I wanted to make sure that I checked here too. 

Anyhow, I have started my real estate education by listening to podcasts, reading books and scouring through forums.

I would appreciate any help as I scoured the internet and did not find a straightforward answer!

But truthfully, I don't want to rent(throwing money away)and I don't want to own a home either(hate paying maintenance, taxes, insurance).Since I work from home on my laptop I am thinking of scouring the country for a smoking deal on a house to flip.

Additionally, scouring the forums on BP and responding to posts is a good way to meet people. 

I scoured the florida keys and live in Idaho where my lake side condo I bought 3 years ago has gone from $400,000 to where my next door neighbor sold theirs for $798,000.  

I found New Western from a relative, and I've been scouring FB and craiglists.
