Tax Lien purchases in Baltimore, tell me everything!

Hello all, I'm a novice investor in Baltimore hoping to learn more about investing in tax liens. I've scoured the internet and learned a great deal (all of the general stuff, purchasing, redemption, processes, etc.) but I would love some information from an investor who's purchased tax liens and and especially in Baltimore city, MD. I've read about "the good", looking to learn more about  "the bad" and "the ugly".
