If the property note is held by the bank then you can't get any of that info unless the owner/seller decides to sign a release of authorization where you can retrieve this info from the lender.4.

As a general rule of thumb I would say it is often better to buy/control "subject to" but in some circumstances a seller may want the added comfort level of having a lease with an option so if you don't pay they can more easily retrieve the property.

Its amazing that HUD title company takes weeks and months to get a water or lawn cutting bill from a village when my realtor can get one in less than an hour.But you need to track down what the issue is first and then, hopefully, its something as easy as an outstanding bill that needs to be retrieved and paid by the asset manager.Unfortunately, they won't just let you pay it yourself or you could really speed things up.

Part of networking is understanding those who wish to be "in" your network.I would suggest adding something further about use of the search functions to facilitate retrieval of info that already is posted.I would also suggest that a link to this slide show be placed in front of all newly subscribed members in some manner.
