When I asked Amy about this she sent this to me in her reply threatening financial ruin on me and my family if I complained to the BBB (no idea where she even got this from), but this should tell you all you need to know about this company:"Our Corporate Attorney wants to make it very clear to you, Jason, if you complain to a 3 rdparty or post anything negative online about the company, associates, or coaches you areintentionally maliciously defaming our company and since our reputation is veryimportant to us that leaves us no other option than to have our Corporate Attorney sueyou for Defamation and/or Fraud.

You could also reach out to a local, reputable, property management firm to see if they offer a la carte services for lease preparation, application processing, move in inspection, etc, if you are planning to self-manage but need some help with the more formal items.

Hey Imdad -Honestly, I would just listen to the reputable companies out there that are doing a great job.

I used the same negotiating tactics when I bought cars from car dealers, by getting the lowest price possible (after extensive research of the market) , to the extent that I have paid wholesale prices (after hefty discounts and application of all the existing rebates from manufacturer and favorable terms from financing company) on purchases of new cars.

They are VC-backed by Tim Draper and other reputable VC's.

;-) My GC in colorado has had his subs stick with him for 10+ years and has a stellar reputation for under budg/under timeline rehabs... 

I think it makes sense to go with a reputable lender you know can close your deal and make it a smooth and seamless process, rather than chasing the "cheapest option". 

Found reputable contractors/handyman? 

I have saved many fall out deals from reputable lenders that I use on a day to day basis, It's just the client is not very familiar with the lender's process/ guidelines and/or the rep was being very unethical (bait and switch.. etc..).

That is a very dishonest way to operate your business, and will get you a bad reputation and lose you money.
